You can't let go of the dog in the park.
Based on the provisions of the Ordinance on the Protection and Management of Animals in Yokohama City, when walking and exercising dogs in parks, those who can control the dog hold and move with ropes, chains, etc. that can reliably control the dog, Or you have to exercise.
In addition, releasing a dog in the park is a "act that may be dangerous or an act that may cause inconvenience to others" prohibited by the Yokohama City Park Ordinance. Therefore, it is not possible to release a dog in the park.
