It is installed in parks where there is a high need for toilets, such as parks with many users from far away and parks with facilities to stay for a long time, such as baseball stadiums. Basically, it is not installed because it often causes trouble. However, it can be installed if conditions such as the understanding of the people living in the vicinity can be obtained and the certain area are met.
