"Free use" and "use requiring permission"
There are two main types of park use: "free use" and "use requiring permission". It is "free use" for children to play with playground equipment and take a walk, but for those that temporarily monopolize and use the park, such as athletic meet, it becomes "use requiring permission".
In this Q & A, we will explain the two usage forms with specific examples.
*Specific examples of "use requiring permission": Athletic meet, disaster drill, Bon Dance, Mochitsuki Tournament, etc.
