• Persons engaged in general passenger car transportation business (excluding welfare transportation business limited) prescribed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 (c) of the Road Transport Act
• Taxi operators who have a sales office (Address for sole proprietors) in Yokohama City and have a business area in Yokohama City (Higher (specified in Article 2, Paragraph 2 of the Taxi Business Optimization Special Measures Law) Excludes those who operate only.)
• As of September 20, 2022 (base date), businesses that have abolished or suspended their business as of September 20, 2022 (base date) and intends to continue their business.

The number obtained by multiplying the number of taxi vehicles owned by sales offices in Yokohama City (excluding the number of vehicles that were closed during the period from April 1, 2022 to September 20, 2022) by 24,000 yen
