About approach of Takafunedai district of Kanazawa-ku

In October 2014, in the Takafunedai area, an organization was established based on the Road and Highway Bureau Regional Transportation Support Project to consider appropriate means of transportation for local communities. Over the next two years, regional organizations, bus operators, and Yokohama City have been engaged in activities to realize the necessary transportation services in the area.

District Overview	It is located on a hill about 3.5 km from Kanazawa Bunko Station. In the district, Keikyu Bus Bunbun 10 and Bunbun 20 (Kanazawa Bunko Station-in the district) are operated by small buses, but there are few bus flights of Bunbun 20 and walk to the bus stop of Loop Route 4 to Kanazawa Hakkei Station Some people go and feel inconvenience.

October, 2014	The region launched the “Takafunedai Wood Park Traffic Council”, registered with the local community development group, and started initiatives for local traffic support projects.
May, 2015	Conducted a questionnaire survey on traffic convenience
November, 2015	The results of the above questionnaire are presented to the region.
December, 2015	Consideration of route reorganization
July, 2016	Consider increasing the number of flights and adding bus stops
October, 2016	In order to confirm the additional points of the bus stop, conduct actual vehicle driving surveys in the presence of traffic managers and road managers.
December 16, 2016	Schedule revision (increased flights, delay of last bus flights) 1 additional bus stop (Wood Park)
