Higashi Totsuka Station East Exit, cross the traffic light in front of the station, go up the slope between the department store and the men's clothing store, and take a wide road (circular Route 2). Turn right on this road and proceed for about 400m to reach the intersection with traffic lights. Under the overpass of that intersection is the Hiratocho storage area.
