YOKOHAMA Bike Photo Contest Application Rules

(1) Entries to be submitted are limited to those taken by the applicant in Yokohama.
(2) This contest is open to anyone who loves Yokohama and lives in Japan can participate. However, please apply with a public account (an account without key).
(3) Works submitted during the application period (from 0:00:00, June 1, 2022 to 23:59 on July 20, 2022) will be eligible for selection. Works posted outside the application period will be invalid.
(4) To apply, follow the official Twitter account (@y_kotsuanzen) of City of Yokohama, Road and Highway Bureau General Affairs Department Road Safety and Bicycle Policy Division.
(5) The recruitment themes this time are the photo theme "Yokohama Town and Bike" and the posting theme "My Bike Accident Zero Declaration". For works to be submitted, please submit the contents according to the above two themes in one post.
(6) In the post's theme, "My Bike Accident Zero Declaration", please tweet what riders are aware of for traffic safety in motorcycle life.
(7) Please be sure to post your entry with (1) hashtags "#Yokohama Bike Photo" and "# Bike Accident Zero Declaration", and 2 location information of the photo shooting location.
(8) Posts that do not include all of (1) and (2) above (7) will be invalidated.
(9) Please apply for one image per post. If you apply with multiple images attached to a single post, only the first image will be selected. In addition, the video will be invalid.
(10) Please refrain from entering personally identifiable information such as name, address, license plate, on the submitted work.

If you submit a work that falls under any of the following prohibited acts, it will be invalid.

Winners will be determined by judging by the judges.

(1) Winners will be announced on the YOKOHAMA Bike Photo Contest website of the City of Yokohama, Road and Highway Bureau Road Safety and Bicycle Policy Division in late October 2022.
(2) When a prize winner is announced, the winner's Twitter account name will be announced.
(3) Winners will be notified individually via the official Twitter account (@y_kotsuanzen) City of Yokohama, Road and Highway Bureau General Affairs Department Road Safety and Bicycle Policy Division. When you receive a direct message, please enter and reply required items according to the contents described. If you do not enter and reply to required items within the deadline, your winning rights will be invalidated.
(4) If the prize cannot be delivered due to inadequate input or inability to contact Address, etc., the right to win the prize will be invalidated.

Personal information obtained by the City of Yokohama, Road and Highway Bureau General Affairs Department Road Safety and Bicycle Policy Division in this contest will be used only for the announcement of winning works and sending out prizes.

(1) Yokohama City will not be liable for any damage caused by the applicant to apply for this contest.
(2) If the submitted work or winning work violates these Terms of Use, or if it is determined that it violates laws or regulations, the application or prize will be invalid or canceled.
(3) If the prize is cancelled, Yokohama City may request the prizewinner to return the prize.
(4) Prize-winning works shall be published on facilities, websites, exhibitions (including those facilities, etc.), printed materials, etc. managed by Yokohama City and the sponsoring companies, without setting a period of time for traffic safety awareness. .
(5) Yokohama City shall have a permanent non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, reproduce, present, exhibit, print, distribute and screen the prize-winning works free of charge without the permission of the prizewinners. Winners shall not exercise any rights under the moral rights of the author.
(6) Yokohama City may modify and display the winning works (including the removal of some prize-winning works and changes in color), display and post them.

(12) Internet communication fees and connection fees related to the application for this contest will be borne by the applicant.
