In order to optimize and improve the maintenance and renovation of sewer pipeline facilities managed by Yokohama City, the basic policy for implementing maintenance and renovation for the realization of preventive conservation-type facility management using stock management methods. This guideline has been formulated with the aim of showing the purpose and proceeding of planned facility management, and the contents and methods of practical work.
