Database of biological survey results

Last update date April 1, 2024

A database of fish and benthic animals in rivers, fish and coastal animals in seas and coastal animals in the sea area have been compiled almost every three years since 1973, for each survey date, location, and confirmed species. We provide data on 4,268 river benthic animals, 16,856 river bentoes, 7,295 marine fish, and 12,869 coastal animals in Excel format.

The results of the survey are provided free of charge. The use of the data is subject to the following conditions.
After the use is approved, data will be provided by email or other means.

  2. The use of the provided data is limited to non-commercial purposes.
  3. Depending on the purpose of use, it may not be possible to approve it.
