| Overview | Along with the enforcement of the "Law to Amend Part of the Environmental Impact Assessment Law" promulgated on April 27, 2011, a part of the "Yokohama City Environmental Impact Assessment Ordinance" was revised (December 28, partially enforced on April 1, 2013, fully enforced on July 1, 2013). Along with this ordinance revision, we will revise a part of the "Yokohama City Environmental Impact Assessment Ordinance Enforcement Regulations", "Yokohama City Environmental Consideration Guidelines" and "Yokohama City Environmental Impact Assessment Technology Guidelines". |
