On April 27, 2011, a law amending a part of the Environmental Impact Assessment Law was promulgated, and a part of it will come into effect on April 1, 2012. In order to respond to this, we revised a part of the Yokohama City Environmental Impact Assessment Ordinance.
Furthermore, with the abolition of the Yokohama City Administrative Procedure Council, related provisions have been deleted.
