On April 27, 2011, a law amending a part of the Environmental Impact Assessment Law was promulgated, and new procedures such as preparation of consideration documents were introduced, handling related to projects subject to the law will be added to the ordinance. (Effected on April 1, 2013)
In addition, in order to make the content more environmentally friendly in accordance with the purpose of the revised law, the ordinance requires that a method briefing session be held. (Effective on July 1, 2013)
