On April 27, 2011, a law amending a part of the Environmental Impact Assessment Law was promulgated, and new procedures such as the preparation of consideration documents were introduced, so the handling of businesses subject to the law will be added to the ordinance. (Effective on April 1, 2013)
In addition, in order to make the content more environmentally friendly in line with the purpose of the revised law, the ordinance requires that a briefing session be held. (Effective on July 1, 2013)
