Road surface properties survey

The road surface property survey is a measurement device that has passed the performance confirmation of the automatic road surface measurement device (conducted by the Civil Engineering Research Center), and investigates the cracks, rafting, flatness, and the number of patching points of pavement. This is a survey to grasp the current state of roads based on the data.

• In fiscal 2020, we conducted a survey of 251 km in the southern part of Konan Ward, Isogo Ward, Kanazawa Ward, Totsuka Ward, Sakae Ward and Izumi Ward.
• In fiscal 2019, we surveyed Asahi Ward Seya Ward inland areas, Minami Ward Hodogaya Ward in central areas, and Nishi Ward Naka Ward in coastal areas.
• In fiscal 2018, we conducted a survey of 254 km mainly in coastal Tsurumi Ward and Kanagawa Ward and inland Asahi Ward, Kohoku Ward and Midori Ward.
• In fiscal 2017, we conducted a survey of 254 km covering the northern Aoba Ward, Tsuzuki Ward   and Ring Route 3 (including the main local prefectural road Maruko Nakayama Chigasaki) and Ring Route 4 (main local prefectural road Harajuku Rokutsuura).
