What is the barrier-free road?

We are promoting barrier-free roads to make roads easy for everyone to walk.
In maintenance, it is based on the regulations (outside site) about standard of structure of road necessary for facilitation such as Yokohama-shi movement and standard to establish in town development regulations of Yokohama-shi welfare.
