Character of the Hamakaze character

The seagull "Yume" and "Sora" drawn on the car are characters born in 1988 (Showa 63) with the production of Hamakaze No. 2 (3rd generation). Names were recruited from citizens in 2010 (Heisei 22) to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the mobile library. The illustration currently being used has been renewed in line with the production of Hamakaze No. 2 (5th generation).
