In the event of damage to other library users or third parties due to the following actions, the user of the Public Wireless LAN Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") shall assume all legal liability, even after the loss of qualification.

1. Acts that infringe the copyrights or other rights of other library users, third parties, or acts that may infringe.
2. Acts that infringe on the property of other library users, third parties, or privacy, or acts that may infringe.
3. In addition to the above 1 and 2, acts that cause disadvantages or damage to other library users, and acts that may cause them.
4. The act of slandering other library users or third parties.
5. Acts that violate public order and morals, or acts that may violate public order and morals, or acts that provide information that is contrary to public order and morals to other library users or third parties.
6. Criminal acts, acts that may lead to or criminal acts.
7. Election campaigns or similar acts, whether or not during the election period.
8. Activities related to sexual customs, religion, and politics.
9. Acts of improper use of IDs and passwords.
10. The act of using or providing harmful programs, such as computer viruses, through or in connection with this service.
11. The act of sending a large amount of e-mail to a specific or unspecified number of people for mail-order sales, chain sales transactions, business offer invitation sales transactions, and other purposes.
12. In addition to what is listed in the preceding items, acts that violate or may violate laws and regulations.

The operation of this service system may be suspended for the following reasons. For this reason, the Library shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Service User or third parties for any reason.

1. When maintenance or construction of the system of this service is performed on a regular or urgent basis.
2. If the Service becomes unavailable as usual due to war, riots, disturbances, labor disputes, earthquakes, eruptions, floods, tsunami, fire, power outages or other emergency situations.
3. When there are unavoidable reasons such as equipment or network failures related to this service system.

1. Yokohama City Library shall not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, certainty, usefulness, etc. of the contents of this service or the information obtained by the user through wireless LAN.
2. Yokohama City Library may limit access to inappropriate websites to prevent criminal use and ensure the safety of users.
3. Provision, delay, modification, discontinuation or abolition of this service, loss of user information registered, provided or collected through this service, damage caused by computer virus infection of the user's computer virus, data corruption, leakage, and other services The Library shall not be liable for any damage to the User caused in connection with this service.
4. Regarding paid services used by the user on the Internet, regardless of the reason, the user shall bear the cost.
5. The user's equipment related to connection to the public wireless LAN shall be performed by the user. The library shall not be liable for any cases where this service may not be available depending on the laptop model, OS, software, etc.
6. The library shall not be liable for any dispute arising between other users or third parties due to the use of this service by the user.
7. Service providers may record user access logs or restrict connections in order to ensure proper use of this service.
