The application for publication in 2023 has been closed. The following is the information at the time of recruitment.

1 Application Guidelines
(1)Posted page

※The URL of the online catalog page was changed in January 2024 and cannot be used. (Updated in January 2024)
※You will need to apply for two pages at once. It is not possible to publish only one of them.
(2)Number of advertising space
8 frames
(3)Advertisement fee (1 frame, tax included)
1 month: 20,000 yen
※Advertising fees include advertising agency fees.
(4)Posting period
From April 2023 to October 1, 2023
※Due to the change of the library information system in fiscal 2023, there will be no application for publication from October 2, 2023 to the end of March 2024.
※You can apply for two consecutive months or more in one month.
※If the advertising switching date falls on a holiday, the number of days will increase or decrease.

Due to maintenance work on the library information system, posting on the online catalog page may be temporarily suspended. In this case, the response shall be in accordance with Article 13 of the Yokohama City Web Page Advertisement Standard Agreement.

(6)Application period
Recruitment from time to time (Please apply by the end of the month before the desired publication month.)
(7)Determination method
First-come, first-served basis
※Tighten on a daily basis. Applications received on the same day will be treated as the same order.
※If there is an application that exceeds the number of vacant slots within the same day, Yokohama City will draw a lottery and decide.
※The same day shall be handled by Hours in principle.
(Applications received after 5:25 pm are the applications received by 5:25 pm on the next open agency day
It will be the same.
2 Flow from application to publication
(1)Please download the Advertisement Application Form. (Either of the following)

(2)Please fill in the required items and send it to the Planning and Operation Division, Board of Education Secretariat Chuo-toshokan.
You can bring, mail, e-mail or fax.
※For more information, please refer to "6 Applications/Inquiry".
(3)[7 to 10 days after application] Yokohama City will send you a notification of selection (or non-selection) notification.
(4)Upon receipt of the selection notice, attach a signature on the consent form (enclosed with the selection notice), attach the income stamp, and then attach the income stamp.
Please mail it to the Planning and Administration Division of Chuo-toshokan.
In addition, this consent form and the Yokohama City WEB Page Advertisement Standard Agreement will be replaced by the contract.
(5)[1 week before the start of posting] Please submit a banner manuscript.
(6)Please pay the advertising fee in the delivery letter of advice sent from Yokohama City.
※It will be sent by the month before the publication starts.
(7)[Posting Start Date] Please make sure that it is posted on the web page.
(However, the work time will be until 11:00 am on the posting date.)
3 Advertisements that cannot be placed
Advertisements like the following example cannot be placed. (Excerpts and summaries from each regulation)
Specifically, please see Yokohama-shi insertion summary and Yokohama-shi insertion standard.
- Anything that may violate public order and morals
- Politically
- Those of religiousness
- Customs business and similar to customs business
- Tobacco
- Gambling
- Industry and businesses that cause social problems
- Facilities that perform similar medical activities that are not stipulated by law (manipulative clinic, chiropractic, esthetics, etc.)
- Person who is behind with city taxes
- Those who have received administrative guidance and have not been improved
Advertisements that cannot be placed
- Medical, dentistry, midwifery, hospital, clinics, midwifery center, various practitioners (Anma massage shiatsu, beam, kyu, judo reduction), pharmacy, pharmacy, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, medical devices, regenerative medicine products, health foods, special use foods, etc.
- A particular book
