◆Purpose of Evaluation of Public Works in Yokohama
Public works evaluations are based on the necessity and effects of the project at each stage from the start of the project to the completion of the project, with regard to public works conducted by Yokohama City.
The purpose of this program is to improve the efficiency of public works and the transparency of the implementation process by visually evaluating and publishing.

◆Flow of Preliminary Evaluation
（１） City makes prior evaluation record (plan) from viewpoints such as necessity of business, effect and consideration for environment.
（２） We announce pre-evaluation record (plan) which we made on homepages and raise opinions from citizens. At the same time, it is made up of academic experts.
We ask for opinion from Yokohama-shi public works evaluation committee.
（３） City gathers opinion for opinion from citizen's all of you and correspondence to opinion statement issued by committee and confirms prior evaluation record.
It will be announced as a result of the preliminary evaluation.

When we raised opinions to the evaluation record (draft) from November 13 to December 12, 2014, there was no opinion, so the evaluation record (draft) was finalized as a record and announced .
