About public works prior evaluation of Konan Public Hall and Konan Public Works Office maintenance project

Yokohama City is considering the launch of the Konan Public Hall and the Konan Public Works Office Maintenance Project.
As general plan of Konan public hall and Konan Public Works Office maintenance business were finished this time, we raise opinions of citizen's all of you based on Yokohama-shi public works evaluation system.

◆Purpose of Yokohama City Public Works Evaluation
Regarding public works projects implemented by Yokohama City, the necessity and effects of the project at each stage from before the start of the project until the completion of the project.
We carry out for the purpose of improving efficiency in public works and transparency of the implementation process by evaluating and publishing them in a view.

◆Flow of pre-evaluation
（１） City makes prior evaluation record (plan) from viewpoints such as necessity, effect of business and consideration for environment.
（２） We announce pre-evaluation record (plan) which we made on homepages and raise opinions from citizen's everybody. At the same time, it is composed of academic experts.
We ask for opinion from Yokohama-shi public works evaluation committee.
（３） The city summarizes the views on opinions from citizens and the response to opinion proposals issued by the committee, and confirms the prior evaluation record.
It will be announced as a result of the preliminary evaluation.

After soliciting opinions to the evaluation record (draft) from November 13, 2014 to December 12, there was no opinion, so we decided the evaluation record (draft) as a record and announce .
