What is a fixed asset summary record?

Fixed assets summary record is statistical data on the prices of fixed assets (land, houses, depreciable assets).
Based on the Local Tax Law, it is prepared in a national uniform format.
You can see the land area by land type, determined price and standard tax amount, floor area and determined prices by wooden and non-wooden houses, the determined price and tax standard amount of depreciable assets, etc.
