What is the Fixed Assets Overview Report?

The fixed asset summary record is a statistical document on the price of fixed assets (land, houses, depreciable assets).
Based on the Local Tax Law, it is created in a nationwide uniform format.
You can see the land area by land type, determined price / taxable standard amount, floor area and determined price of each wooden / non-wooden house, determined price and taxable standard amount of depreciable assets, etc.
