Office window service questionnaire
Yokohama City will conduct a "Ward Office Service Questionnaire" every other year from FY2022 so that it can lead to the extraction of specific issues and initiatives for improvement with the aim of further improving the window service of the ward office. (Changed from the "Window Service Satisfaction Survey" conducted since 2005.)
