In Yokohama-shi, we carry out "ward office window service questionnaire" every other year from 2022 so that we can lead to extraction of concrete problem and approach of improvement for the purpose of further improvement of window service of ward office. (We changed from "window service satisfaction survey" that we carry out from 2005.)
