Questionnaire survey results on children's allergies

Prior to the lecture, Yokohama City conducted a questionnaire survey on children's allergies.
Thank you very much for your understanding.

Outline of questionnaire survey

Target: Caregivers living in Yokohama with children aged 0 to 12 years old (regardless of allergic diseases)
Period: July 15 - September 15, 2019
Method: Web questionnaire using Yokohama City Electronic Application System
Total number of responses: 162 (Name)

Questionnaire Survey Results

Approximately 90% of caregivers who responded to this questionnaire had children between the ages of 0 and 4 years old. More than half of the respondents had regular visits to the child's allergic symptoms, and more than 85% were worried about their child's allergies. Specifically, there were many concerns about emergency response and future prospects, but on the other hand, about 30% of those who felt uneasy answered that there was no consultation even if they felt uneasy . In addition to testing and treatment, there were many questions about what to be aware of in daily life for all diseases, in addition to testing and treatment.
From the results of this questionnaire, it was found that children's allergic diseases are directly linked to daily life.

More than half of the respondents indicated that they have gone to hospital for allergic symptoms of their children.

85% of respondents feel anxious about their children's allergies.

This is the information you want to know for each disease. It seems that many people are worried about the points to note in their daily lives.
