About grant of certificate pertaining to work of Yokohama City School

If you need a certificate of certificate of employment history related to work at Yokohama City School, we will issue it as follows.

Fees

The fee for issuing the certificate is free. However, it is necessary to attach the necessary stamps to the reply envelope.

How to request a grant

Please submit the following documents by mail.
※Please write in red on the envelope "I want to issue XX certificate".

  1. Certificate grant request form pertaining to the work of Yokohama City School (Please download the style of the request form from the link below.)
  2. Certificate style (when there is not designated paper, we issue in style of Motoichi.)
  3. Envelope for reply (postage stamp, fill in the reply address to Address)

FAQs

Q: Could you give me a certificate on the future date?
A: It cannot be issued on future dates.

Q: Can you bring your documents and issue them immediately at the counter?
A: Due to the time required for paperwork, such as confirmation of certification items, immediate delivery is not possible.

Q: I'm in office. Can you give me proof by the scheduled date of Retirement?
A: As a general rule, certificates up to the date of certification are issued.
