About grant of certificate pertaining to work of Yokohama City School

If you need a certificate of employment, history certificate, etc. pertaining to work at Yokohama City School, we will issue it as follows.
Delivery is usually expected to be about 2-3 weeks (excluding the period required for mailing), but due to factors such as postal circumstances and holidays

Fees

The fee for issuing the certificate is free of charge. However, it is necessary to attach the necessary stamp to the reply envelope.

How to request grant

Please submit the following documents by mail.
※Please write "I would like to issue a certificate" in red on the envelope.

  1. Certificate grant request form pertaining to work at Yokohama City School (Please download the style of the request form from the link below.)
  2. Certificate style (when there is not designated paper, we issue in style of Motoichi.)
  3. Envelope for reply (paste stamp, fill in the address of Address)

Request destination

Please submit the request documents to the next department in charge.
Depending on the current form of appointment (for retired employees are at the time of Retirement) and the ward where the last school is located.

FAQs

Q: Could you issue a certificate on a future date?
A: It cannot be issued on future dates.

Q: Can I bring the documents and issue it immediately at the counter?
A: Since paperwork such as confirmation of certification items takes time, it is not possible to issue it immediately.

Q: I'm in office. Could you give me proof by the scheduled date of Retirement?
A: As a general rule, certifications are issued up to the date of certification.
