In order to achieve the objectives of this index, the “image of teachers indicated as the career stage” and “specific contents of qualities and abilities acquired by teachers, etc.” will be shared with university officials, schools, and boards of education. We will share it with more actively promote initiatives for integrated enhancement of training, recruitment, and training of teachers.

In addition to referring to the "career stage concept" that was before March 2020, from both "viewpoint of self-growth and self-development" and "viewpoint as a member of a team school", the current situation of Motoichi We reviewed the career stage that suits the situation and set it on the horizontal axis of the index as a new career stage.

Under the current indicators, the faculty and staff of Yokohama City are required to have three qualities and abilities of "teaching profession," "specialization," and "management," and used them as the vertical axis of the indicators. Based on the surrounding situation, we believe that the viewpoints such as "response to children who need special consideration and support" and "utilization of ICT and information and educational data" will be more important in the future.

Regarding the qualities and abilities required of principals and vice principals, in the coming era, we will collect, organize, analyze, and share various data surrounding schools, elementary school studenｔ students, teachers, and information on the internal and external environment in which schools are located (assessment) and the interaction between stakeholders inside and outside the school. In addition, a career stage was set in the [Teacher version, chief teacher version], and based on the fact that each stage was embodied, the image of the deputy principal and principal image required in the [Management Version] were specified.
