Before the training, make sure that the trainees are not suffering from infectious diseases (Measles, influenza, COVID-19, etc.).
If infectious diseases are prevalent at the host school, we may ask you to consult with the university and change the timing.
Since the position of COVID-19 infection under the Infectious Diseases Control Law has been changed to Class 5 infectious diseases, it is not necessary to submit the "Yokohama City Educational Internship Health Check Sheet" used until last year.
