About recruitment of 2023 local youth plaza management corporation

　It has the function of a branch office of the Yokohama City Youth Consultation Center, and provides comprehensive consultation on adolescent and adolescent issues such as withdrawal and truancy, a place for youth for independence, and also provides youth support activities in the community. We plan cooperation with groups such as NPO corporations and ward offices and are intended to carry out activities closely related to the community.
　There are four locations in the city, one in each area under the jurisdiction of children's guidance office.

Application qualifications are non-profit corporations, public interest corporations, social welfare corporations, and school corporations, and corporations that fall under all of the following items.

1. As a general rule, support for the development of children and adolescents, support for independence and social participation, and similar activities must be carried out for at least two years.
2. The representative or officer must not fall under any of the following items:

• Those who have been sentenced to imprisonment or higher and have not completed their execution
• Those who are sentenced to imprisonment or higher and may be subject to their execution in the future

3. Gangsters (refer to gangs prescribed in Article 2, item 2 of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Gangsters (1991 Law No. 77)) or gangster management controlling corporations (Yokohama City Gangster Exclusion Ordinance (2011 Yokohama City Ordinance No. 51) Refers to gang management control corporations prescribed in Article 2, Item 5.)
4. By rule of Local Government Act enforcement order Article 167-4, bid participation in Yokohama-shi must not be restricted.
5. The main purpose is not to be religious or political activities.
6. Do not delinquent taxes such as corporate tax, corporate municipal tax, consumption tax, and local consumption tax.
7. If you need to apply for labor insurance (employment insurance/Workmen's Accident Compensation Insurance) and social insurance (employee health insurance/Employees' Pension Insurance).
8. Correction and rehabilitation procedures under the Corporate Rehabilitation Act or the Civil Rehabilitation Act
9. No recommendation has been received from the the Labor Standards Inspection Office within two years (if any, if so, it must have been reported to the Labor Standards Inspection Office about the implementation of necessary measures).
10. In carrying out this project, know-how, implementation system, qualifications essential for management and operation, and management, and management base, etc. that can be managed stably are secured.
