About reduction of multiple children (sibling classification) of usage fee (childcare fee)　

Set a sibling category (*) to reduce the usage fee for the 0-2 year old class according to the siblings category, or exempt the side meal fee for the 3 to 5 year old class.
※It will be one of the "first to third children." The sibling category may differ from the actual number of siblings.

If you have a pre-primary school sibling using a specific facility or business, the siblings will be counted in order from the older elementary school studenｔ.

[In the case of 0 to 2 years old class]

If the sibling category is a second child, the usage fee is reduced (*), and the usage fee for the third child in the sibling category is 0 yen.

※The amount of reduction depends on the burden category. Please refer to the usage fee table (sibling division second child column) of "use guidance such as Yokohama-shi nursery school" of the year to use.

[In the case of 3 to 5 years old class]

If the sibling category is a third child, the actual cost of the side meal fee is exempted.

If there is a first to third grade elementary school and a pre-primary school sibling using a specific facility or business, the sibling is counted in order from the older elementary school studenｔ.

If the sibling category is the third child, the actual cost of the side meal fee will be exempted.

※Applicable to children (3 years old or older) who have obtained 1: 1 certification (excluding pre-schools, international schools, pre-kindergartens, etc.). If you are using a private school-sponsored kindergarten and have not submitted "registration form facilities", you will need to submit a "Sibling Child Reduction registration form (Back: Certificate of Enrollment)".
※２： If there is a change in the situation, such as elementary school studenｔ who submitted the "Sibling Child Reduction registration form" stops using or moving out, it is necessary to notify the ward office Children and Families Support Division.

Households with a municipal tax income rate of 57,700 yen or less (households with 77,100 yen or less for single-parent households, etc.) are eligible for sibling classification.
※Children (including adults) who are dependent relatives under tax law, such as remittance of living expenses even if they are separated, are eligible. As you may need to submit documents confirming that your livelihood is the same, please contact the ward office Children and Families Support Division of the ward where the nursery school is located.
