Konan Ward Smartphone Counselor Training Course

　Konan Ward is looking for people who can act as "Konan Ward Smartphone Counselor" who teaches basic smartphone operations to people close to them or groups of preference, such as Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations.
　In order to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for the activities, we will hold a training course to learn basic usage of smartphones, how to teach people who do not understand, and attitude as a counselor. We also plan to have the opportunity to actually support the instructor in the smartphone classroom.

　・Basic operation of smartphones

　・Safe and secure smartphone use (basic knowledge of special fraud, security, and communication charges)
　・Cashless (basic knowledge of cashless)
　・Administrative services (Basic knowledge of the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System)

　・Understand the situation of the participants (notice of changes in the operating status and feelings of participants, calling out)
　・Participant follow-up (determining and responding to participants' wishes and questions)
　・Encouragement to return to the course progress (work to facilitate progress)

　　This course is based on the assumption that familiar people will teach the basic operation of smartphones.
