All rights concerning the design of Taro 83 belong to Konan Ward.
83 Taro's design is designed to enhance public relations, activities, or attachment and pride in the Konan Ward.
Anyone can use it free of charge for the purpose of transmitting Konan Ward image inside and outside the ward.

On the other hand, it cannot be used if any of the following items applies. If you have any questions, please contact Regional Promotion Division.
(1) When the credibility and dignity of Yokohama City or Konan Ward are impaired or when there is a risk of such.
(2) When it is used exclusively, such as using your own trademark or design, or when there is a risk of such.
(3) When there is a risk of violation of laws and regulations or public order and morals.
(4) When giving misunderstandings that support or authorize a specific individual, political party or religious organization, or when there is a risk of such.
(5) 83 When the image of Taro's image is impaired or there is a possibility of such a thing.
(6) When Konan Director General finds that its use is inappropriate in addition to what is specified in the preceding items.

(2) When used in an individual or home or within a limited range equivalent to this, not for profit.
(3) Other cases where Konan Director General considers appropriate.

Please observe the following items when using it. For details, please refer to the documentation.
(1) Use only for content that has been approved for use.
(2) Do not transfer or sublet the approval of use to any other party.
(3) 83 Taro's designs and colors shall be used in accordance with the designation of Konan Ward.
　Do not use any application such as overlapping with other shapes without permission. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to the case where the Konan Director General approves.
(4) 83 Taro should be accompanied by a caption as "Konan Himawari 83 Movement Mascot Character 83 Taro" or "Taro 83".
　However, if it is difficult to add caption due to space, etc., the notation method permitted by Konan Director General shall be used.
(5) 83 Do not use the image of Taro's image.
(6) Items to be created or manufactured (hereinafter referred to as "uses") must be submitted to Director General promptly after completion of use.
　Provided, however, that if it is difficult to submit the material, it may be replaced by submitting the photo.
(7) Do not newly set or register your own rights relating to copyrighted works, such as trademark registration and design registration.
