On the other hand, it cannot be used if any of the following items apply. If you have any concerns, please contact Regional Promotion Division.
(1) When the trust and dignity of Yokohama City or Konan Ward is impaired, or when there is a possibility.
(2) Exclusive use or when there is a risk of such use, such as using your own trademark or design.
(3) When it violates or is likely to violate laws and regulations or public order and morals.
(4) When giving a misunderstanding that supports or authorizes a specific individual, political party or religious organization, or when there is a risk of it.
(5) 83 When Taro's image is impaired, or when there is a possibility.
(6) In addition to what is provided for in the preceding items, when Konan Director General finds that its use is inappropriate.

(4) 83 Taro should be accompanied by a caption as "Konan Himawari 83 Movement Mascot Character 83 Taro" or "83 Taro".
　However, if it is difficult to add captions due to space, etc., the notation method approved by Konan Director General shall be used.
(5) 83 Do not use any damage to Taro's image.
(6) Items to be created or manufactured (hereinafter referred to as "Usages") must be submitted to Director General promptly after completion and before the period of use.
　However, if it is difficult to submit the use, it can be replaced by submitting the photo.
(7) Do not newly set or register your own rights relating to copyrighted work such as trademark registration and design registration.
