For those who are about 40 years old or older and under 65 years of age, we will provide rehabilitation and exchanges to maintain mental and physical functions and prevent functional decline, and support learning for expanding living areas and making friends . Participation fee is free.

This is a place where people with disabilities, such as aftereffects of stroke, deepen exchanges through creative, light work, life training, etc., and work independently with the aim of returning to society.

This is a classroom where exchanges through gymnastics, recreation, handicrafts, etc. for people with disabilities in the area, and is operated independently by volunteers.
Participation fee is actual expenses such as material costs. The venue is the neighborhood hall, etc.
