Support for people requiring assistance during a disaster

In addition to providing a list of people requiring assistance during a disaster, we provide a list of people requiring assistance during a disaster so that safety confirmation and evacuation support can be carried out smoothly for elderly and disabled people who have difficulty evacuating on their own in the event of a disaster. We support voluntary support efforts.

We have created a leaflet on the creation of the community support system that supports elderly and disabled people in the event of a disaster.
In normal times, examples of support in the event of a disaster, answers to frequently asked questions, and methods for grasping those who need assistance in the event of a disaster are posted.

In promoting efforts to support people requiring assistance in the event of a disaster in the area, we will explain the "information sharing method", which is one of the methods to grasp the people requiring assistance.
We publish flow of procedure and template of agreement to conclude with ward, necessary style.

Konan Ward distributes three types of pamphlets for people with disabilities and those who support them.

This is a collection of examples created by Health and Social Welfare Bureau. (prepared in March 2013, revised in July 2017)
We arranged method and approach contents, point to make system to support person in need of support in local everybody. We don't recommend working on all the examples we have introduced. Please use it for disaster prevention activities and welfare activities according to the local situation.
