Jury Chairman Yuichi Ariga (a member and photographer of the Japan Photographers Association)

Winners will be notified directly around June 2025.
It will be exhibited at the Kohoku Ward Office from June to July and at the Okurayama Memorial Gallery in mid-February 2026.

•The subject of a person, a person who has rights such as a copyright or trademark right must obtain permission for application, exhibition, publication, etc. at the responsibility of the applicant. If the subject is a minor, the consent of the parent or guardian is required.
•We are not responsible for infringement of the portrait right of the subject. In the unlikely event that a dispute arises with a third party, the applicant will be responsible for resolving it.
•Application photos will not be returned.
•The copyright of the submitted work belongs to the photographer, but the right to use it (exhibitions, public relations, websites, postcards, posters, and other materials created for the purpose of widely disseminating the appeal of Kohoku Ward) shall be given to the organizer and the Kohoku Ward Office free of charge. In addition, the author's human rights shall not be exercised.
•The personal information of the applicant will be used for selection and communication of works and sending out souvenirs, and will not be used for any other purpose.
•When using the work in public relations media, etc., the name of the photographer will be posted as necessary.
