The Okurayama Kanbaikai (held on February 23 (holiday) and 24 (Saturday), 2024), held at Okurayama Bairin, one of Kohoku Ward's historical tourism resources, and as well as “Kohoku Ward” in the ward.

Theme: Kohoku Ward flower "plum"

Please send me a photo taken on the theme of "ume" in Kohoku Ward.
Limited to those taken in Kohoku Ward from January 1 to March 29, 2024.

The organizer will judge the winners and decide the winners.

Presentations and Exhibitions

Winners will be notified directly around June 2024.
The exhibition will be held at the Kohoku Ward Office from June to July and at the Okurayama Memorial Gallery in late February 2025.

Caution

•Works that are subject to persons, copyrights, trademark rights, or other rights, must obtain permission to apply, exhibit, and release at the applicant's responsibility. In addition, if the subject is a minor, the consent of the parent is required.
•We are not responsible for any infringement of the portrait rights of the subject. In the unlikely event that a dispute arises with a third party, the applicant will be responsible for the resolution.
•The copyright of the submitted work belongs to the photographer, but the right to use it (use for exhibitions, public relations, websites, postcards, posters, and other items created for the purpose of widely disseminating the appeal of Kohoku Ward) shall be given to the Organizer and the Kohoku Ward Office free of charge. In addition, the author's moral rights shall not be exercised.
•The personal information of the applicant will be used for selection, contacting, and sending out souvenirs, and will not be used for any purpose other than the purpose.
•When using the work in public relations media, the photographer's name will be posted as necessary.
