We are looking for investigators for the census in Reiwa 7 (2025)
Last Updated September 13, 2024
With the deadline of October 1, 2025, the census will be conducted nationwide.
The census is the country's most important statistical survey, which is conducted once every five years for all people and households living in Japan.
The results of the survey will be used to plan various local measures, such as welfare measures, living environment improvement, and disaster countermeasures.
Kohoku Ward requires about 1,300 national census personnel to conduct the survey, so we are looking for people who can engage in the survey.
What is a census officer?
Investigators who visit the target households to explain the survey and distribute, collect, and inspect questionnaires when conducting the census.
A briefing session will be held before the start of the survey to explain the details of the work, so even first-timers can conduct research activities with confidence.
We are also waiting for retired, self-employed, part-time, part-time, and students.
Application requirements
- In principle, those who are at least 20 years old and can work on the survey work responsibly until the end
- Those who can keep secrets about the contents learned during the survey
- Those who are not directly involved in police, tax, or elections
- Gangsters and other persons who do not fall under antisocial forces
※If you can conduct research activities in Kohoku Ward, you can apply for those living outside the ward.
