About change of registration contents
If you move with your dog, change the owner's name or Phone number, you will need to change it.

When moving from Yokohama city to Kohoku Ward or within Kohoku Ward
- Notification of change must be submitted to Kohoku Health and Welfare Center Health Sanitation Division Environmental Sanitation Section (39th floor on the 3rd floor).
- Please bring a copy of your current registration information, such as the dog's license tag number.
- There is no fee for the change procedure.
- If you lose dog's license tag, you will need to reissue it, so you will need to pay a reissue fee of 1,600 yen.
When moving out of Kohoku Ward out of Yokohama
- No procedures are required at Kohoku Ward.
- You will need to apply at the transfer destination. You'll need a dog's license tag. For more information, please contact the local government office.
- If you are moving out of the country, you will need to apply at Kohoku Health and Welfare Center Health Sanitation Division Environmental Sanitation Section (39th floor on the 3rd floor).
When moving into Kohoku Ward from outside Yokohama city
- Please bring your own dog's license tag in front of the former Address and go to the Kohoku Health and Welfare Center Health Sanitation Division Environmental Sanitation Section (3rd floor).
- If you have dog's license tag in the former Address area, you can exchange it for free with dog's license tag in Yokohama.
- If you lose dog's license tag, you will need to reissue it, so you will need to pay a reissue fee of 1,600 yen.
- If registration in the previous Address area cannot be confirmed, a new registration may be made.
- If a system that regards microchip as dog's license tag is applied in the former Address area, the dog's license tag of Yokohama will be issued free of charge if registration in the former Address is confirmed. Please bring something with a 15-digit My Crop number, as it will be required for confirmation.
When the owner or owner information (name, Phone number, etc.) changes
