About rabies vaccination
If you have a dog, you must have the dog receive rabies vaccination once a year and receive a rabies vaccination vote. Be sure to attach the issued rabies vaccination slip to your collar. You can get rabies vaccination at a veterinary clinic. (Injection fees vary from hospital to hospital.)

Rabies injection completed vote (color varies from year to year)
If you have completed rabies vaccination, please come to Kohoku Health and Welfare Center Health Sanitation Division Environmental Sanitation Section (39th floor on the 3rd floor) with the rabies vaccination Certificate issued by the veterinary clinic (Note) and the rabies vaccination certificate issued by the veterinary clinic.
(Note) The rabies vaccination Certificate Application Form is sent to the owner of the registered dog by the rabies vaccination in mid-March every year.
Injected vote grant fee
550 yen
At veterinary hospitals commissioned by Yokohama City, you can receive rabies vaccination and rabies vaccination vote at the same time.

When rabies vaccination is diagnosed as unable to inoculate,...
If your veterinarian is diagnosed as unable to inoculate rabies vaccination due to illness, etc., ask the veterinarian to issue a "rabies vaccination Grace Certificate" and bring it to the Environmental Sanitation Section, Kohoku Ward Health and Welfare Center Health Sanitation Division (39th floor, 3rd floor of the ward office).
