Keio University Hiyoshi Rugby Ground (1-1-1, Shimoda-cho, Kohoku-ku, Yokohama)
※About 15 minutes walk from West Exit Toukyu Toyoko Line Hiyoshi Station.
※Get off at West Exit Toukyu Toyoko Line Hiyoshi Station Tokyu Bus Stop No. 5
1 minute walk from "Grand Mae" bus stop at "Grandmae" bus stop 1 minute walk
※Please note that there is no parking lot associated with the holding of this experience.

Please note that you will not be able to apply if you reach the number of applicants (80 people).

Notice of Acquisition

When the application is completed and the application number is given, it will be automatically treated as a "first come, first served basis" and you can participate. (The ward office will not notify you of the election.)
Only when there are confirmation items in the application details, we will confirm to the applicant through the electronic application system or the registered contact information.

Event details

[Rugby Experience]
Students from the Keio University rugby club students will be instructed on rugby experiences (pass, kick, line-out, tackle, tag rugby).
Even those who are touching rugby balls for the first time can enjoy it.
[Sports Experience]
Experience learning of advanced sports technology (all participants will wear sports GPS devices that actually use the Keio University Rugby Club and experience measuring running speed, dash power, distance traveled, etc.)
※The content of the event may be changed depending on the situation of the day, such as weather and the number of participants.

Clothes and belongings

Please come in clothes where you can exercise. (There is no changing room.) Encourage the wear of hats as a measure against heat stroke. Also, please prepare a drink for hydration.

Precautions

・Events may be canceled due to stormy weather. The availability of the event will be posted on the ward office homepage by 10:00 am on the day, so please be sure to check.
・Please note that photos taken on the day may be used on the websites, flyers, SNS, etc. of the organizers and cooperating organizations.
・The personal information you receive will be managed by the organizer and will not be used for any purpose other than communication regarding this event and information on future rugby events held by the organizer.
・For participants of the experience event, the organizer will take out sports insurance, but will not be liable for any other liability.
・Equipment will be prepared by the organizer.
