Let's liven up Rugby World Cup 2019! Rugby World Cup special booth has been set up at Kohoku Library.
In the fall of 2017, two years ahead of the Rugby World Cup 2019 TM, a special booth was exhibited at the Kohoku Library as an effort to excite the tournament.
