"The 2nd Kohoku Cup Tag Rugby Tournament" was held for elementary school students on December 14, 2019. The day was blessed with good weather, and 123 elementary school students enjoyed tag rugby more than last year.

Overview
Rugby World Cup 2019TM, which has ended with great enthusiasm!
Six games including the finals were held at Yokohama International Stadium in Kohoku Ward.
Legacy in Kohoku Ward decided that the Rugby World Cup 2019 TM match was held in the ward, and from last year, in order to make elementary school children more familiar with rugby by having elementary school children experience rugby games.
The tournament will be held as a tag rugby tournament, but unlike normal rugby, contact play is prohibited, and it is a sport that takes the tag attached to the opponent's waist to stop the attack. Many elementary schools in the city are implemented as physical education classes.
In addition, the Kohoku Cup is held after a lecture on the day so that even children who have never played tag rugby can participate in the tournament.

Rule
After the league match with four teams round robins, the final match will be held.
The basic rules are in accordance with the rules for the national elementary school tag rugby championship competition rules.
The special rules of this tournament will be applied to some extent. (Coat size, game time, etc.)
With metal spikes, shoes are not allowed to use.
