In the future, the Kohoku Ward Online Maternal and Child Health Consultation Project will be completed in fiscal 2023, as we plan to provide services that allow doctors and others to consult from the “Child Care Support Site App (tentative name)” scheduled to begin in January 2025.

If you have any concerns about pregnancy, childbirth or child care, please continue to use the Child and Family Consultation at the Kohoku Ward Office. Specifically, please confirm from the following "about consultation counter about pregnancy, childbirth, child care".

①Sending "anytime consultation" to accept questions 24 hours a day will end at 23:59 on March 30.
　(Because it takes 24 hours in principle until the answer is sent.)
　You will not be able to send any questions after March 31.

➁The provision of "Kusukuribo" will also be terminated.
　The medicine chatbot "Kusuribo" will be available until March 31st.

③From April 1st, you will not be able to log in and check the details of the consultation.
　From April 1st, we will delete the registered member information sequentially.
　You will not be able to log in with your registered ID and password.
　

Children's Home Consultation

Child home consultation is a window where you can easily consult about concerns and concerns about pregnancy, childbirth, and child care.
Professionals are available for consultation by phone or face-to-face.
