About cavity prevention classroom, brushing classroom

Participate in the classroom and learn the basics of cavity prevention and brushing teeth to prevent caries in your child.

Targets

  • Children with 2+ to 3+ results of a cavity prediction test conducted at a 1-year-old and 6-month-old child medical examination.
  • A child who found a tooth that is likely to become a cavity or a tooth at a medical checkup for a 1 year and 6 months old child.

Reservation

The Dentistry number sent to the target person is required to make a reservation.

  1. Please apply from the application form below. (Click on the date of the itinerary will lead to the external site Yokohama City Electronic Application System.)
  2. When your application is completed, you will receive an application completion email.
  3. On the morning of the day, you will receive an e-mail.

Cancellation cancellation

To cancel your reservation, please withdraw the application from My Page of the electronic application system.

  3. Click the application you want to withdraw.
  4. Go to the detail screen

Precautions

  • Please refrain from participating if you have a cold, fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, or an acute rash.
  • Please refrain from participating if your family has symptoms such as fever or cough, as well as children who are subject to medical examinations.
  • On the day of the event, the parking lot and surrounding roads will be very crowded. Please use public transportation (train, bus) as much as possible for the next agency.
