Progress of the Third Kohoku Ward Community Health and Welfare Plan

・2nd Formulation and Promotion Committee in FY2014 (held in February 2015)
We exchanged opinions on the development of the third plan, and confirmed that the nickname of the current plan and the pillars of the promotion of the plan would continue.
・1st Formulation and Promotion Committee in FY 2015 (held in July 2015)
We exchanged opinions on the outline of the third plan, and confirmed that the secretariat plan would be the main outline of the plan.
・2nd Formulation and Promotion Committee in FY 2015 (held in November 2015)
We exchanged opinions on the third plan draft (draft), and received opinions and suggestions regarding the revision of the secretariat plan.
・3rd Formulation and Promotion Committee in 2015 (held in March 2016)
We reported inhabitant of a ward opinion offer situation about the third plan draft and exchanged opinions about the third plan (plan) including revision of plan draft based on inhabitant of a ward opinion, and had opinion about the secretariat plan .

The study group was held as a place to exchange opinions on specific initiatives in the next plan by local welfare and health activities and facility representatives (including members of the Development and Promotion Committee) to exchange opinions on specific initiatives in the next plan.
(A total of four times from April to June 2015)

Thank you for valuable opinion, suggestion from inhabitants of a ward.
We received a total of 205 opinions (99 people).
As we summarized conduct result and way of thinking as ward and ward Japan National Council of Social Welfare, we report.

In the opinion solicitation, 84 people from elementary school studenｔ, sixth grader of Kikuna Elementary School, received a total of 163 opinions.
Of the opinions received, the promotion of barrier-free is included in the plan as a valuable opinion.
Director General gave a message of thanks to elementary school studenｔ at Kikuna Elementary School for their opinions.
