Please note that the publication period is 14 days from the date of publication.

The Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare, the Prime Minister and the prefectural governor shall publish the names of persons who have violated this Act or the disposition based on this Act in order to prevent the occurrence of harm to food hygiene. We shall endeavor to clarify the situation.

When the Prime Minister, the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, or the Minister of Finance gives instructions or orders pursuant to the provisions of the preceding Article, they shall publicly announce that fact.
