Provide technical support through At the same time, we will support the introduction of facilities that have not been introduced.
3.Food hygiene measures for social welfare facilities
Elderly facilities, daycare centers, elementary schools, etc., tend to be larger and more serious when food poisoning occurs. Seminars for businesses will be conducted mainly on e-learning so that more employees can take the course.
4.Prevention of harm caused by fish and shellfish
In response to the frequent occurrence of food poisoning caused by Anisakis every year, we instruct restaurants and retailers handling seafood on thorough removal of parasites such as Anisakis, and kill insects. We recommend freezing treatment that has the effect of killing. At the same time, we will collect knowledge about Anisakis through surveys of parasitic conditions, etc., and use them to raise awareness of food poisoning prevention.
In addition, we will educate about appropriate handling guidance for stores that handle blowfish and prevention of mixing blowfish into small fish such as shirasu.
