Remarks 1: CFU is an acronym for Colony Forming Unit, and refers to the number of bacterial colonies (groups) cultured in the medium.
Remark 2: ppm is an acronym for parts per million, which means the percentage of one million. For example, if 1 mg of chemical substance is contained per kilogram of food, it will be 1 ppm.
Remarks 3:MU stands for the acronym of Mouse Unit. When a toxic substance is administered to a mouse weighing 20 grams, the amount of poison that kills 15 minutes for paralytic shellfish poison, 24 hours for diarrheal shellfish poison, and 30 minutes for pufferfish poison is defined as 1MU.
