Hikikomori Support Section Consultation Service (Use of the person / family)
We listen to the concerns and concerns of individuals and their families who are about 40 years of age or older and provide support. .

Withdrawal is something that can happen to anyone and is not special.
At the withdrawal support section consultation counter, we accept the following consultation.

About the use of the person, family, etc.
Who can use it?
You can use it for those who live in Yokohama city and are more than 40 years old or older and their families.
※Regarding various issues such as Hiki Komoriya school refusal held by young people (approximately 15 to 39 years old) and their families, the Youth Consultation Center provides continuous support for social participation through telephone consultation, visit consultation, group activities, etc.
How do you use it?
There are two ways to use "telephone consultation" and "interview consultation".
- It is free of charge.
- We will strictly keep the confidentiality of the content you have heard.
- You can use it anonymously.
Telephone consultation

Monday to Friday 9: 00-12: 00/13: 00-17: 00 (excluding holidays and New Year holidays)
Interview consultation
In principle, reservations are required.
First of all, please call the Hikikomori Consultation Dial.
If you are not good at telephone, you can also apply for a reservation for visiting consultation using the application form (Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System) (outside site).
※In this application form, you will not be able to ask for specific concerns.

- By the next business day, the reception completion email will be returned to the entered email address. If you have anti-spam measures, please check the settings so that you can receive reply e-mails.
- If you do not receive the reception completion email, please confirm that there is no error in entering the address and apply again from the application form.
- It takes about one week to inform you of the candidate date, so if you are in a hurry to consult, please call the hikikomori consultation dial.

- 2-minute walk from Hoshikawa Station on the Sotetsu Main Line.
Those who come by bus
- 3 minutes walk from municipal bus 62, 92, 119, 201, 202 "Mine Elementary School-mae"
- Get off at Kanagawa Chuo Bus 1119, 121 "Mine Elementary School-mae" and walk 3 minutes
- Get off at Sotetsu Bus Asahi 10 Line "Mine Elementary School-mae" and walk 3 minutes

After going down the stairs and escalator in front of the ticket gate, proceed to the right (Kitakata side).
Cross the bridge and go to the right at the end of the road. (The pedestrian crossing does not cross)
If you proceed as it is, you will see the hotel in the back of your right.
The 4th floor of the building is the "Hikikomori Support Section Consultation Service".
