Hikomori Support Section Consultation Service (use of the person and family)
We listen to and provide support for concerns and concerns of individuals and their families, who are generally withdrawn from the age of 40 and their families.

Withdrawal can happen to anyone, it is not special.
At the withdrawal support section consultation counter, we accept the following consultations.

About the use of the person, family, etc.
Who can use it?
It is available to individuals and their families who live in Yokohama and are generally withdrawn from the age of 40 and their families.
※Regarding various issues such as school refusal to attend the Hiki Komoriya school held by young people (approximately 15 to 39 years old) and their families, the Youth Consultation Center will provide social participation through telephone consultations, visit consultations, group activities, etc. We provide continuous support for participation.
How do you use it?
There are two ways to use it, "telephone consultation" and "interview consultation".
- Use is free.
- We will keep confidential about what you have heard.
- It can be used anonymously.
Telephone consultation

Monday to Friday 9: 00-12: 00/13: 00-17: 00 (excluding holidays and New Year's holidays)
Interview consultation
In principle, reservations are required.
First of all, please call the withdrawal consultation dial.
If you are not good at telephone, you can also make a reservation application for visit consultation using the application form (Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System) (outside site).
※With this application form, you will not be able to ask for specific problems.

- 3-minute walk from Kanagawa Chuo Bus 1119, 121, and get off at Mine Elementary School.
- A 3-minute walk from "Mine Elementary School" on Sotetsu Bus Asahi Line 10 Line

After going down the stairs and escalator in front of the ticket gate, proceed to the right (Kitakata side).
Cross the bridge and go to the right at the end of the road. (We do not cross the pedestrian crossing.)
If you proceed as it is, you will see the hotel in the back right.
