Yokohama City "Life Conference" short drama
In Yokohama City, we are promoting the enlightenment of the Life Conference (Advanced Care Planning: Abbreviation ACP) in which we think about how we want to spend the final stage of life from a healthy perspective and discuss the desired medical care and care with family members and important people.
