　As a countermeasure against the aging problem symbolized by the 2025 issue, the effective and efficient use of medical resources is required. As one of these measures, in order to promote the construction of regional medical cooperation networks utilizing ICT in the area, in 2017, "Regional Medical Cooperation Network Guidelines Utilizing Yokohama City ICT (hereinafter referred to as" City Guidelines ") )) As a demonstration project of the city guidelines, the “Yokohama City EHR Construction Support Aid Project” was implemented in FY2018, and “Salvia Net” was built in Tsurumi Ward.

　In Motoichi, based on "Yokohama Health and Medical Plan 2018", we assume expansion of network in other areas in Yokohama-shi and introduce approach about utilization of ICT in Motoichi.

　In March 2018, we devised Motoichi-specific guidelines that summarized contents to promote approach of Yokohama-shi!
　The guidelines will be revised from time to time, reflecting trends in countries such as the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, as well as the progress of demonstration projects.

　Yokohama City has set up the “Yokohama City Regional Medical Cooperation Network Study Group Utilizing Yokohama ICT” to make regional medical cooperation in Yokohama more effective and efficient toward 2025, when baby boomers will become the latter-stage elderly. I am studying how to use ICT that can be done. (From fiscal 2015)

　In order to further promote the regional medical cooperation network utilizing ICT, the promotion of understanding of city medical workers for the utilization of ICT is considered to be one of the important factors, and the city holds seminars every year.

　Based on the fact that one year has passed since the start of operation of "Salvia Net", this report entrusted to Town News Co., Ltd. on the usage status of the project as of FY2019 and interviewed participating facilities. It summarizes the convenience and usefulness of the business and the issues we are currently facing.
　In the future, based on this report, we will reflect it in policies such as the construction of a regional medical cooperation network utilizing ICT in Motoichi. In addition, by sharing this report, including other areas in the city, it will be an unexpected pleasure if it will help foster momentum for building a regional medical cooperation network utilizing ICT in Motoichi.

　This report is intended for medical and nursing care professionals involved in the planning, construction, and operation of a regional medical cooperation network utilizing ICT in Motoichi, and medical and nursing care professionals who actually use it. However, since cooperation with outside the city is also considered, suburban stakeholders are also included in the target readers. Therefore, it is not a summary of citizens and patients as readers.
