Support for securing human resources such as obstetricians

Targets

Yokohama City Obstetrics and Doctors for securing human resources. (Partial revision of the outline dated April 1, 2024)

Subsidy for securing obstetricians

This is a subsidy for medical institutions that have more than 10 full-time obstetricians and have a system that handles more than 800 births per year.
Target: Hospitals

Subsidy for maintenance of delivery handling system

This is a subsidy for medical institutions that secure two or more full-time obstetricians and has a system that handles more than 160 births a year.
Target: Hospital clinics

Subsidy for securing the shift system (substitute for child care, etc.)

This is a subsidy for part-time physician's duty when a part-time physician replaces the full-time obstetrics and pediatrician for reasons such as child care.

Subsidy for securing duty system (substitute full-time physician clinics)

This is a subsidy for part-time physician's duty when a part-time physician replaces a full-time obstetrician on duty.

Emergency Grant Aid

This is a subsidy for labor costs required for an emergency call when a doctor responds to an emergency call.
Target: Hospital clinics

Subsidies for delivery allowances for obstetricians, etc.

This is a subsidy when providing benefits to obstetricians who handle delivery.

Subsidy for maintenance and securing delivery handling facilities

This is a subsidy for newly purchasing / updating a medical device at your own facility.
Please be sure to consult before purchasing because there are conditions for the target expenses and purchasers.
(Subsidies for equipment costs such as obstetric beds and midwives were abolished on March 31, 2018.)
