Contractors for sales of pharmaceuticals, etc. in the wholesale sales business

Wholesale distributors may not sell or award pharmaceuticals other than those stipulated in Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Article 138 of the Enforcement Regulations) of Pharmacy, manufacturers or distributors of pharmaceuticals, or establishments of hospitals, clinics or veterinary clinics.
