The Infectious Disease / Food Emergency Call Dial was set up to detect serious situations where food poisoning and infectious diseases could threaten the safety of life and health due to food poisoning and infectious diseases at an early stage and respond urgently.

If any of the following situations occur around you, please contact the Yokohama City Public Health Center Infectious Diseases and Food Poisoning Emergency Call Dial.

• When serious symptoms occur
• When food poisoning due to natural poison is suspected
• When the number of patients is rapidly increasing within a short period of time (two to three hours).
• When a large number of patients (10 or more) occur
• [Medical Institutions] Communication with notification of patients, etc. based on the Infectious Diseases Law

• For general consultation on infectious diseases and Vaccinations, or complaints about food, please contact Hours.
• If you have already received, please continue to consult with the department in charge.
• Please note that if it is determined that the urgency is low, it will be handled on the next open agency day.
• Please refrain from making unsolicited calls, pseudonymous, or anonymous report.
