About partner of sales of pharmaceuticals in wholesale sales business

Wholesale distributors may not sell or award pharmaceuticals to anyone other than the pharmacy establisher, manufacturer or distributor of pharmaceuticals, manufacturers or distributors of pharmaceuticals, manufacturers or distributors of hospitals, clinics, or any other person specified by Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Article 138 of the Enforcement Regulations).
